Mark as Useful This man keeps calling me stating that he is from the Justice Department Fraud Division and telling me that a lawsuit is being filed against me. He says that I failed to repay a payday loan from Cash Advance America, but I have never received a payday loan from anyone in my life! What bothers me the most is that he has my Date of Birth, Social Security#, Driver License#, Address and email address. Where did he get all of this and what can I do about it??

Mark as Useful Said he was sending agents to my house to arrest me and will have the judge send me to dominican republic for prosecution unless I paid 2500. But I only had 30 minutes to do that. I called the real DEA and they said it was a scam.
